About the event
Details
Join us for brunch at a lovely local restaurant (details given after registration) to begin exploring the questions and answers around “How Do Queers Do Death?" This meetup is designed as a beginning exploration of what is different with queer end-of-life issues and finding support as you get more comfortable with “all things death.”
This will be a small gathering (8 guests) to ensure everyone has time to contribute as we facilitate the conversation with education and humor. You'll leave with creative ideas, a small gift, and -we hope!- new friends.
Come curious and be surprised that death does not have to be scary!
Once you have registered here, you will receive a confirmation email detailing how to pre-order food/drinks, and few other details to consider before you arrive.
This event cost is $10, plus meal (and tip, tax), to be prepaid.
NEW NOTE - All seats have been filled as of 6/13. 🥰

About Us
The facilitators, local Death Doulas Nikki Neuen and Davida Newman, are actively creating more availability for our queer community to safely access end-of-life navigation and grief support.
Stay connected as we are planning to continue our “How Do Queers Do Death” workshops with greater details, reflections and current end-of-life facts that affect our community as we plan for our “good deaths.”
