Refund Policy

Purpose
At the New Mexico Deathcare Network (NMDN), we are committed to transparency and fairness in all of our financial interaction. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for events, memberships, donations, and digital products.

Event and Workshop Registration


Cancellations by Attendee/Participant:
You may request a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 7 (seven) days prior to the event date by emailing Danielle@nmdn.org. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a future event.

 

  • Specific events may have different cancellation/refund policies.

  • Cancellations within 7 (seven) days:

  • Cancellations received less than 7 (seven) days before the event may qualify for a partial refund (up to 50%), or you may request a transfer to another event, subject to availability. 

  • No-Shows:

    • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

  • Event Cancellations by NMDN:

    • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by NMDN, you will receive a full refund or may apply your registration fees to a future event.


Membership 

  • Annual memberships:

    • Membership fees are used to support ongoing programming and operations. As such, annual membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • Exceptional Circumstances:

    • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of administrative error, duplicate payment, or other extenuating circumstance. Please submit your request in writing to Danielle@nmdn.org within 30 (thirty) days of the charge.


Donations
All donations to NMDN are considered final and non-refundable. If a donation was made in error or without authorization, please contact us within 5(five) business days to request a review.

Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable resources and digital products are final. If you experience an issue accessing your materials, we are happy to assist.
