Too many times, we wait for later to live our lives. Sue Foster, founder of If Only, has a strong belief that facing death realistically and planning for it can improve the life we have left, so we can leave with no regrets and, for our loved ones, leave only love behind. Trained through INELDA, Sue is currently working on a graduate certificate in Holistic and Integrative Care. She specializes in planning and accompanying individuals in vigil.
