End of Life Options New Mexico (EOLONM) is excited to announce the launch of our Empowering Seniors Program! Join us for a free, full-day workshop exploring what it truly means to live fully, age gracefully, and approach the end of life with peace and intention.
Hosted by end-of-life educator and advocate Jane Westbrook, this workshop offers clear, practical guidance to help you feel more prepared, informed, and confident as you navigate life’s later chapters. It’s a warm, welcoming space for learning, reflection, and plenty of questions.

Aging in Place
Navigating Health Care
Advance Health Care Planning and End-of-Life Care Choices
Advance Directives
Estate Plans: Not Just Wills
After-Death Plans and Options
This workshop is open to everyone, including individuals, families, caregivers, social workers, and eldercare staff.
