Carmen is dedicated to supporting people of all ages, stages of illness and backgrounds through their end of life journey with presence, deep listening, love and grace. By advocating for the death that is most preferred, Carmen co-creates a tapestry of love and support that honors the dying person and their kith and kin. Death is a sacred process, layered and complex, grief soaked and heart ached but with companionship, witnessing and guidance along the way, it can become a profound experience.
