Axios Consulting

Axios Consulting is a boutique advisory firm dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the complex process of pursuing medical aid in dying (MAiD) in Switzerland. Founded by a father-son team deeply impacted by their own family's experience with neurodegenerative illness, Axios exists to help others navigate the end-of-life journey with clarity, compassion, and dignity.

 

We specialize in supporting clients with conditions such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, ALS, and other progressive neurological disorders who are not eligible for MAiD services in their home country. Our primary focus is facilitating access to the Swiss organization DIGNITAS, a globally recognized nonprofit that provides end-of-life options under strict ethical and legal frameworks.

 

Our services are comprehensive and discreet. We assist with the application and membership process, coordinate travel and logistics, arrange for in-country support such as translators and care personnel, and remain on call to provide emotional and practical support throughout every stage of the process.

 

We believe that end-of-life planning should be rooted in autonomy, transparency, and informed choice. Axios Consulting is not a medical provider. Rather, we act as logistical partners and advocates, ensuring our clients have the information and support they need to make decisions that align with their values.
